The Arrival
The first ninety seconds set the tone for the entire evening — the approach, the scent, the light, the sound, the person who greets your guests by name.
Weddings
A wedding runs on hundreds of small decisions and a handful of very large ones. Which venue holds your guest count comfortably. How the mandap reads on camera at four in the afternoon and again at nine at night. When the sangeet rehearsal happens without colliding with the mehendi setup.
Sanskriti Events plans weddings as complete productions — design, logistics, hospitality and entertainment developed together rather than bolted on. That means one point of contact, one timeline and one team accountable for what happens on the day.
We work across single-day celebrations and multi-function weddings, in home cities and at destination venues. The scale changes. The standard does not.
We are based in Delhi and plan weddings across Delhi NCR — the farmhouse belt through Chattarpur and Mehrauli, hotel venues in Aerocity and on Golf Course Road, and banquets across the city — as well as destination weddings from Rajasthan to Goa. If you are looking for a luxury wedding planner in Delhi who will also handle the guest list, the timeline and the trucks, that is the whole point of how we work.
Designed with intention. Executed with precision. Remembered long after the lights go down.
Capabilities
Experiences

The first ninety seconds set the tone for the entire evening — the approach, the scent, the light, the sound, the person who greets your guests by name.

A mandap designed for the ritual first and the camera second, with sightlines, seating and sound planned so every guest can actually see and hear.

Sangeet, cocktail and reception built around a running order — performances, speeches, entries and the dance floor timed so the energy never dips.

How We Work
We start with the event, the audience, the expectations and the budget — before any idea is put on the table.
Ideas, themes, moodboards and the experience arc. You see the direction before anything is committed.
Venue, vendors, production, artists and timelines are finalised and documented, with costs visible line by line.
Setup through to strike, coordinated by one team with a run-of-show everyone on site is working from.
You experience the event. We stay behind the scenes handling everything that would otherwise reach you.
Questions
In practice the terms overlap, but the useful distinction is scope. A decorator designs and builds the mandap, stage and florals. A wedding event management company takes responsibility for the whole event — budget, venue, vendors, guest logistics, entertainment, production and the run of the day — and either designs in-house or briefs a décor partner. We work as the second. If you only need décor, we will tell you that instead of selling you a management fee.
For a full multi-function wedding, six to nine months gives comfortable room for venue selection, design development and vendor locking. Destination weddings and peak-season dates benefit from more. We also take on shorter timelines — the planning simply becomes more decisive and fewer options stay open.
Yes. Destination weddings add guest travel, accommodation blocks, local vendor coordination and venue compliance to the scope. We handle recces, local partner selection and on-ground execution, and we build a guest-communication plan so your families are never guessing about timings or transfers.
Yes. Many families come to us for full planning, but we also take on individual scopes — décor and design, artist and entertainment management, or wedding-day execution for a wedding you have planned yourself.
Wedding budgets vary widely with guest count, city, venue, number of functions and design ambition, so we do not publish fixed packages. After the first consultation we share a written breakdown across venue, décor, food, entertainment, production and management so you can see exactly where the money sits, and adjust before anything is committed.
A planning lead who has been with you since the first meeting, plus function-specific coordinators for décor, hospitality, entertainment and production. You get one number to call, not six.
Absolutely. If you have a venue, a photographer or a caterer you love, we plan around them and manage the coordination. Where a slot is still open, we bring options from our partner network with honest pros and cons.
In Their Words
Wedding Planning
Four functions across three days, and I never once had to chase anybody. The mehendi ran long because everyone was enjoying themselves, and instead of panicking they quietly pushed dinner back by half an hour. My mother still talks about the fact that she actually got to sit down and eat.
