Corporate
Every Corporate Event Is Answering a Business Question.
An annual day is a retention exercise. A dealer meet is a revenue conversation. A product launch is a positioning statement. Before we design anything, we ask what the event has to achieve and who has to walk away convinced.
From there the work is unglamorous and essential: a run-of-show accurate to the minute, an AV and production plan that survives a live audience, registration that does not queue, and a crew who know where every cable and every delegate is meant to be.
We work with internal HR, marketing and admin teams, and we document everything — so approvals move quickly and nothing depends on a single conversation someone half-remembers.
A well-produced corporate event looks effortless from the third row. That is the entire job.

Questions
Frequently Asked
From leadership offsites and town halls of a few dozen people to annual days and dealer meets running into large auditorium audiences. What changes is crew size, production scale and the depth of the run-of-show — the planning discipline stays the same.
Yes. We provide itemised proposals, vendor documentation and revised costings as the scope firms up, and we are used to working through purchase-order and multi-stakeholder sign-off cycles.
We work with a vetted production network for sound, lighting, LED, staging and fabrication, and we manage them as a single accountable scope. You deal with us; we deal with them.
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a mid-size event; larger conferences and dealer meets with travel and accommodation benefit from three months or more. Shorter timelines are workable when the venue and date are already fixed.
Always. Full technical rehearsal with cue-to-cue on AV, lighting and content, plus a walkthrough with anchors, award presenters and speakers. Most on-stage problems are rehearsal problems that were never rehearsed.
In Their Words
Corporate Events Clients
Corporate Events
Annual day for around seven hundred people. What stayed with me was the rehearsal — our MD is not a natural on stage, and they took him through it twice without making it awkward for him. The evening finished fifteen minutes ahead of the run sheet.
