Private events are often treated as the leftover category — a smaller budget, a quicker turnaround, less thought. We do not work that way. A sixtieth birthday for forty people deserves as considered a design as a reception for six hundred.
What changes at this scale is intimacy. Guests notice the details: what the table feels like, whether the music sits at conversation level, whether the food arrives when people are actually hungry, whether the host got to sit down.
We plan the design, the flow and the hosting so the person throwing the party gets to attend it.
The host should be a guest at their own celebration.

We take on intimate gatherings as readily as large ones. What matters is whether the scope justifies a planning team — for very small events we will tell you honestly if you are better served by décor and hosting support alone.
Yes. Home events need careful attention to access, power, kitchen support, seating and noise. We do a site visit first and plan the layout around how your space actually works.
We coordinate catering through partner kitchens or your preferred caterer, including menu planning, service style, staffing and timing against the evening’s flow.
Simpler celebrations can be turned around in a few weeks. Custom fabrication, specific venues or artist bookings need longer. Tell us the date and we will be straight with you about what is achievable.
