Exhibitions and conferences fail in two directions. The stand looks impressive but nobody stops. Or the content is excellent but the registration queue is forty minutes and half the room misses the opening session.
We treat both as the same brief. The stand or the hall has to pull people in, and the operation behind it — registration, badging, session flow, catering breaks, translation, AV — has to move them through without friction.
Scope runs from a single stall at a trade fair to a multi-day conference with parallel tracks, exhibition area, awards dinner and incentive travel attached.
Nobody remembers a smooth registration desk. Everybody remembers a bad one.

Both. We design to the organiser’s shell-scheme rules and height limits, then fabricate and install. We also handle organiser approvals, which are usually the part that delays a build.
Yes — pre-registration through a microsite, on-site check-in with badge printing, and access control for restricted sessions. We staff the desks to the arrival curve, not to a flat headcount, because arrivals bunch.
Yes. Multi-day conferences with parallel tracks, and travelling exhibition programmes with a repeatable stand kit and consistent reporting across cities.
We design and run incentive programmes end to end — group travel and stay, curated experiences, gala dinners and on-ground tour management, with a single reconciliation at the end.
For a custom stall, six to eight weeks allows for design approval, organiser sign-off and fabrication. Conferences with travel and accommodation benefit from three months or more.
