Coverage Is a Planning Problem Before It Is a Camera Problem.
The difference between good and forgettable event coverage is rarely the equipment. It is whether the team knew the varmala was happening at the far end of the lawn, whether anyone told them the surprise entry was coming, and whether they had a position that was not behind two hundred phones.
Because we plan the event, our photography and film teams work from the same run of show as production. They know the sequence, the light at each hour, and where they are allowed to stand.
Scope covers candid and traditional wedding coverage, pre-wedding shoots, cinematic wedding films, corporate event photography and films, conference and exhibition coverage, and short-form reels for social.
A photographer who has read the run of show is worth two who have not.

Questions
Frequently Asked
Yes. Photography and films is a standalone scope. If someone else is planning the event we will ask for their run of show — coverage quality depends on knowing the sequence.
It depends on guest count, number of simultaneous functions and whether film is included. We size the crew to the event and tell you exactly who is coming and what each person is covering.
Turnaround is agreed in writing before the event. A typical pattern is a preview set within days, full edited photographs in a few weeks and the film after that. Same-day edits are available when planned in advance.
Usage rights are set out in the contract before shooting. We will also ask separately for permission before using any images in our own portfolio — and we do not publish client work without written consent.
Yes, subject to local permissions and venue rules, which we check in advance. Some venues and destinations restrict drones entirely, and we will tell you before it is in the plan.
